At Avora Life, we stand behind the quality of our products and your experience with them. This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products sold through our store unless otherwise stated on a specific product page.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Returned with all included accessories, components, and manuals
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs & Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, including:

• Receiving a damaged item
• Receiving the wrong item
• Receiving a defective product

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@avora-life.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@avora-life.com. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis following carrier verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, although your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
