At Avora Life, we work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered reliably.

Countries We Currently Ship To

We currently ship to addresses located within the United States only, including:

• All 50 U.S. states
• Washington, D.C.

Countries We Do Not Currently Ship To

At this time, we do not ship to any location outside the United States.  We are actively working to expand international shipping in the future.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are charged as follows:

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

Handling time includes:

• Order verification
• Payment confirmation
• Quality control checks
• Packaging and fulfillment preparation

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Transit Time

After processing is complete, your order will be shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination, availability, and fulfillment location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

Customers can monitor shipment progress throughout the delivery process.

Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@avora-life.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help determine the best resolution.

Incomplete Orders or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items or appears incomplete, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the package received (if applicable)
• A description of the missing item(s)

Our team will investigate and work toward a prompt resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because we currently ship only within the United States, customers will not be charged international customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

Should international shipping become available in the future, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, fulfillment processing may begin and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
